AtmosClear partners with organizations in a number of different ways.

One kind of partner participates in our Climate Club program by selling memberships and offering (usually immediate) tangible rewards, discounts or other benefits exclusively to AtmosClear Climate Club members. Benefits to partners include:

• association with a worthwhile environmental cause administered by a third party
• the opportunity to attract, serve and market to environmentally conscious consumers through an affinity, loyalty or rewards-type program
• addition of a unique element to corporate and consumer socially-responsible, public relations and merchandising programs
• encouragement of more environmentally sustainable business and consumer behavior and practices.

Partners support membership growth by extending their benefits to all AtmosClear Climate Club members and cross-selling memberships either directly or through the AtmosClear Climate Club’s website.

AtmosClear will selectively partner with companies and other organizations so that Partners may use the AtmosClear Climate Club to differentiate their offerings from those of competitors. AtmosClear management collaborates with each partner to develop a unique, customized plan for promoting membership sales in tune with the partner’s marketing, merchandising and public relations needs.

An association with the AtmosClear Climate Club is likely to enhance positive public relations and media interest regarding a partner’s concern for the environment. In this way, sales of memberships provide a potential source of revenues for partners when sales of memberships can be attributed to their marketing efforts and/or members’ demand for specific partner offers or discounts. These revenues can be used to cover partial costs for partners’ marketing, merchandising and/or public relations programs or environmental or social programs.

AtmosClear management will consider purchasing VERs from eligible projects identified by our partners, and in so doing manage a partner's VER procurement program or even more broadly all or a portion of their climate program. Partners who wish to procure VERs from selected projects through an AtmosClear-administered program must demonstrate they will generate a sufficient volume of demand to cover the due diligence, legal and audit expenses associated with entering into a new contract. In addition, selected projects must comply with a broadly accepted standard, such as Voluntary Carbon Standard, Gold Standard, Kyoto Protocol standards (such as CDM or JI), and emission reductions must be independently verified and registered/issued under the relevant standard.

AtmosClear also partners with companies to develop and/or provide different products and services. For example, we are partnering with others to offer comprehensive carbon footprinting services, to service new markets, to develop back-office software to serve the needs of corporate customers, and to offer a networking service.
